Constructed of silvered alloy and a red rayon material. Large badge measuring almost 3” top to bottom. The badge consists of a vertical sword, with the stylized SA initial logo surmounted centrally over the blade. The cross-guard of the sword bears the inscription '1937 SA.Gruppe Niederrhein 24.-25.Juli', the grip bears a swastika. Behind the sword is a ring, with the top section bearing the inscription 'Sport-u.Wehr Wettkämpfe'. Below the ring, adjacent to the hilt is a landscape of a bridge and factories. To the left and right of the badge are oak leaf borders. The reverse has a horizontal pin back. Near MINT.
