This fine quality cap has a row of red piping along the top edge, with the body of the cap fabricated from brown wool, featuring the classic high peak. It has a red wool band around its circumference, fronted by a bronze gilt star. Each side has two ventilation holes between the piping and wool band, all with brown eyelets. The visor is black vulcanfibre with a black patent leather chinstrap lying across the top, attached to gilt buttons on either side displaying cherry blossoms. The underside of the visor is synthetic. The sweatband leather and dyed black on its upper, the ends held together with a silvered eyelet, the interior lined in black silk. It exhibits wear and multiple moth nips to the wool exterior, and a couple of chips to the brim of the visor. Very nice overall.
