A two-piece construction buckle, in silvered nickel, the obverse surrounded by a wreath of laurel leaves, with the “W” in the middle. The reverse is not marked. Belt is fabricated from a fine aluminum wire in a thatched pattern with two rows of black embroidered interlaced with aluminum wire on the upper, olive green corduroy backer, smooth finished brown leather tab stitched in place on the underside at the left end, the tab with fifteen rows of two holes each for length adjustment. Scattered fabric interruption on the upper, light wear evident on the backer. Near extremely fine.
