Fabricated from a light brown cotton, the shoulders have narrow loops along the outside edge and brown finished zinc buttons with pebbled uppers that are fed through reinforced button holes mid-way between the neck and shoulder, for the placement of shoulder straps. The buttons maker marked with an "BJ" & “42” on the reverse and held in place on the underside of the button hole by a medal button holder. The front has two pockets sewn in place, one on each breast, each pocket with a decorative pleat and fold over flap, each pleat with a brown bakelite button and a flap with a reinforced button hole. Above the right breast pocket is a machine applied matching khaki triangular cotton patch with a Luftwaffe breast eagle in silver-gray embroidery. The front has a vertical row of four brown bakelite buttons. The inside of the collar is stamped in black ink with the maker's “RBNr 0/1001/0210”. Unissued and in MINT condition.
