Medal Bar with both the 4-year & 12-year Heer Service Medals. Constructed of stamped alloy metal with gold and silver wash, a loop for suspension with its period original ribbon pinned with a Heer device. The obverse bearing a raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “TREUE DIENSTE IN DER WEHRMACHT” (“FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE WEHRMACHT”). The reverse bearing a wreathed number “4” & “12”. Unmarked. The 12-year gold medal is in MINT condition. The silver 4-year shows slight loss of silver mainly in the high points. Excellent++
