Rare 1937 / 1938 Diplomatic Corps Minister Level overcoat shoulder boards. Constructed of extremely fine flat, twisted and round gilded wire on a black brushed wool background. The gilded construction is for out of the Third Reich wear only (Silver was for within the Reich wear). Near MINT.
