The case is made of heavy card stock with a plain faux blue leather exterior. The interior top is a white satin-type lid liner and bottom a dark navy blue velvet. The opening is with a functional non-magnetic metal spring catch with exterior stud release and functional magnetic metal hinge. The spoons are approximately 5 1/2” long and are of silver plate. Excellent ++.
