HISTORY. Eva Braun was a photographer for Adolph Hitler’s personal photographer, Heinrich Hoffmann and became Adolph Hitler’s mistress from about 1936. Hitler married Eva Braun on April 29, 1945 and the two of them committed suicide the next day. WW2 in Europe ended on May 8, 1945.

Eva Braun’s lipstick case as pictured in the book, “Treasure Trove: The Looting of the Third Reich” by Maj. Charles Snyder, found on the front cover and in the book reference pages. With Eva Braun’s trademark “EB” engraved on it. No stamps or hallmarks on the interior as was customary for Eva Braun’s custom made jewelry.
