Constructed of bronzed tombak, the obverse consisting of a laurel wreath joined at the bottom by a swastika, with a central leftward-facing eagle’s head, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves.  Issued after 20 successful combat missions. The reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked, “G. H. Osang, Dresden”. Excellent++.
