HISTORY. “Strength Through Joy” was a German leisure organization run by the German Labor Front. Set up in November 1933 as a tool to promote the advantages of Nazism to the world.
Constructed of stamped silvered alloy with “Urlauberfahrten” (translated: Holiday Trips) along the left side and “Kraft d. Freude” (translated: Strength through Joy). Dated 1934, though to be the first promoting this new NSDAP program.
