The banner is two sided multi-piece construction and is approximately 12” x 8”. It’s made of red rayon material with machine embroidery on both sides. The hoist edge was removed when it was “liberated” off the vehicle mounting staff, otherwise it is free from holes, tears or stains. Overall Excellent+.
