Constructed of a course cotton blend with a black swastika embroidered on a white roundel which is sewn on the red pennant. Two sided. The pennant also has a reinforcing course white cotton braid around the perimeter and a reinforced backing with a string running through it’s center. Approximately 12” x 8”. Early version. Great display item.
