Rarely found, this beautiful Water Protection Police dirk is a once in a life time find. The grip is tightly wrapped Moroccan leather over wood, with an early round pommel. The pommel and crossguard show slight gliding lose, the leather, twisted glided wire and police badge are MINT. The release is stiff, but works perfect. The original black leather buffer pad is still in place. On the reverse racisso is the Eickhorn logo. The blade is a standard double etched type with only slight age marks and a needle point at the tip. The scabbard is the same as the standard naval dagger and this one is MINT. This one would be a gem in any collection!
