A Short Fire Bayonet with Frog & Portepee. The hilt has a nickle pommel and crossguard and a crisp black grips. The blade is nickel-plated steel blade, remaining bright, but with some staining and fine scratches with no maker mark just “Solingen” stamped on the reverse racisso. The leather washer remains. Accompanied by its black metal scabbard that’s straight and dent free with about 99% of its original paint. The leather FROG is excellent and the portepee is ball is mint, but the strap shows moderate wear. Overall Excellent+.
