The hilt is MINT. Flawless bakelite grip with crisp detail on the Red Cross Eagle and a near perfect pommel. The high quality nickel-plated blade is near MINT with a bright finish and only the slightest very fine drag marks. The original brown leather buffer pad is still in place. The blade is unmarked, which is the norm for these daggers. The MINT scabbard is straight and dent free. As near MINT as I’ve seen.
