A beautiful Luftwaffe Officer’s Dagger, 2nd Model. The hilt would be mint, if not for the slight discoloration at the bottom of the grip (wrap a portopee and you will never notice it.. Pommel and crossguard both demonstrate sharp feathers with little wear. The blade is mint (and impossible to photograph with a reflection, see pics) with all it’s cross grain and a needle tip. On the reverse you find the famous Holler thermometer logo. The scabbard is straight with no dents and a fine patina covers it completely. Near MINT.
