The hilt is very nice with on minor contact marks on the pommel, but with excellent detailing throughout. The blade is bright with lots of original cross gains showing, but some modest aging. The reverse has the famous Eickhorn squirrel logo. The scabbard is straight with one small dent on the obverse. About 95%+ of the silvering still remaining. The portepee is excellent with only a small amount of fraying. The hangers are the deluxe type with only a small amount of wear. Overall Excellent++.
