Rare cased private purchase, constructed with one piece silver die struck, with black lacquered cross (non-magnetic). Beautifully vaulted. The case is pressed card stock with burgundy colored faux (used in private purchase) leather. The interior is white satin top and royal blue velvet bottom with the medal cutout. The only cased 1914 private purchase I’ve ever seen. Excellent++
