Constructed of iron and silver, with a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed silver frame. The reverse has a barrel hinge, vertical banjo pin and a flat wire catch. Stamped on the pin “4” for Steinhauer & Luck, Ludenscheid. The case is pressed card stock with the exterior covered with faux black leather and the outline of Iron Cross embossed in silver on lid. The interior is upper lid is white satin and the bottom is white velvet with the medal cutout. Excellent++
